MUSLIM STUDENT COUNCIL, INC. was established in 19 January 1985 at Mindanao State University Main Campus, Marawi City, Philippines, aims at diverting the keenness and willingness of our Muslim youth to join an organizations of whatever principles and ideologies believed to be diametrically opposed to the Islamic principles and values. It is a non-government and non-profitable organization purely designed to keep them standstill within the fold of Islam in this present era of modernization, thereby become a law abiding citizens.
