 The Former President of the MSC, SAHRAMAN ‘SADAT’ HADJI LATIF , has attended to the International Youth Conference 2009 held on September 28- October 2 at Marbella Hotel, Banten, Indonesia. The theme of this conference is “The Role of Youth to Establish Peace, Toward a Future World without Violent Radicalization”. This conference is organized by the State Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, National Commission of Indonesia to UNESCO, and The Ministry of National Education of Indonesia in Collaboration with UNESCO, Local Government of Banten and West Java Province. This is aimed to inculcate to the youth the importance of peace, to promote ethical principles among youth and support the efforts of youth to foster a culture of peace and tolerance. In addition, it is aspired to bring together and share each other the alternative solutions for future peace and to strengthen cooperation, to build networking among themselves in facing the global future.
